The Fundraising Department at Redwings are seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join its front of house team at the charity’s Visitor Centre on a part-time, fixed-term seasonal contract for 16 weeks.
As a Visitor Centre Team Member you will welcome visitors, introduce them to the charity’s work and help to generate income through encouraging donations, promoting fundraising initiatives (including the charity’s Adoption Club), and by working in the centres’ quality assured Cafés and Gift Shops.
The role includes a variety of tasks necessary to provide a high standard of visitor experience whilst also delivering the charity’s values.
A flexible approach and willingness to learn can make this role very rewarding. Experience in a front of house, customer care, retail or café environment would be advantageous.
