We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Estates and Facilities team. Able to demonstrate previous experience of working within an administrative role, and working closely with the Estates and Facilities Business Manager, you will provide an efficient and professional administrative service to the Head of Estates and Facilities and Senior Management Team, and will support the Estates and Facilities Business Manager with maintenance and project administration, including maintaining project files, liaison with clients and contractors, raising orders and checking invoices, and with monthly project finance reports and weekly/monthly progress reports on maintenance works and capital projects. Demonstrable knowledge of the building industry, contracting and accountancy, together with excellent communication and IT skills, is essential, as is the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while dealing with a number of conflicting demands. Knowledge of Donkey Sanctuary protocols and working practices, and a general understanding to the work carried out by each building trade, is desirable.
