We have an excellent opportunity for a Farm Worker/Groom to join our team at Town Barton Farm at Tedburn St. Mary, near Exeter, Devon. Possessing substantial equine and animal husbandry experience, you will provide care and rehabilitation for the resident donkeys and their environment, supporting the Farm Manager and Farm Supervisor on matters such as donkey health, feeding regimes, Health and Safety and land management, and liaising with other staff members to facilitate the efficient and safe running of the farm.

Self-motivation, flexibility, and a commitment to personal development, together with a full driving licence and experience of using farm machinery, specifically tractor driving, are essential. Experience of working with mules is desirable.

This is a full-time, permanent contract starting as soon as possible, working 37.5 hours per week 5 days over 7, one of which will be a weekend day.
