The Donkey Sanctuary Content Coordinator

Possessing previous experience of learning and using new software/systems, you will upload content to the digital asset management system (Content Hub), including photos, videos, pdfs and COPE (Create Once Publish Everywhere) documents, and will evaluate and report on the impact of the Hub, using the system to run and generate required reports. Self-motivated and a good team player, you will work with the Content team to sort through existing content, identifying unsuitable images, best selection and derivatives, addressing gaps in content, and correcting errors.

Previous experience of working within a busy administrative role, preferably in IT or communications, and of archiving and/or managing digital asset is essential, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative flair (ideally with an interest in photography), and the ability to maintain a good attention to detail while dealing with a number of conflicting demands. Previous experience of working in a digital asset management role is desirable.

If you feel you have the qualities, skills and experience to fulfil this varied and rewarding role, and would like to be part of the evolving program of change taking place within the charity, we would love to hear from you. Based in Sidmouth, Devon – “an area of outstanding natural beauty” – this is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.
