Redwings Visitor Operations Manager

Candidates will have experience of managing, monitoring and motivating staff, in a fundraising, retail, hospitality or front of house environment. We are particularly keen to seek someone who can help us develop our cafes.

The post holder will focus on ensuring that all centres provide an excellent visitor experience, and that the teams have the tools, skills and knowledge to welcome visitors, recruit new donors and increase income.

Based at the charity’s headquarters south of Norwich, you will be happy to travel to the centres in Norfolk, Essex and Warwickshire as required.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with occasional weekend and evening work.
