In addition to, we offer shift workers a premium pay rate on Sundays (time and a half) and Bank Holidays (double time).

Equine welfare charities Redwings and SWHP are preparing to merge; the merger will result in a new site called Redwings SWHP and the move of the horses and people from SWHP’s current site near Monmouth to Chepstow. It’s a new venture that will include a visitor centre and we are looking for a manager to lead the team and join us on our journey together.

You will line manage the delivery of all the centre’s operations in accordance with policies and procedures, with a team to support you transferring from SWHP (including yard and office). You will support us in delivering our joint welfare work and provision of a high standard of care.

The successful applicant must have office and management experience, an understanding of good horse care, as well as being a good communicator, both written and verbal. You will need to be a team player, working with Head Office in Norfolk and other satellite sites across the UK
